Original owner Rollie Dockstader teamed up with KD Miller, a local electrician, and brought an appliance store to Whittier.

1974

Douglas Farnik purchased the appliance store.

1977

Became a full service air conditioning and heating contractor.

Our History

Greenleaf Heating & Cooling was founded way back in the early 1970’s. At the time, we had just 3 employees. We were also mainly selling appliances. That all changed in January of 1977, though. This is when we entered the air conditioning and heating business.

At first, we focused solely on residential business. As our company and our reputation grew, though, we moved into the commercial sector as well. Now, we are a full service commercial, residential, and industrial HVAC company, with 15 employees on the team.
